During the 30 days demonstration,we visited more than 20 regular customers in Neterlands,Germany,Norway,Demark,Austria,France ect,and 10 potentail customers,including the contractors,distributors,trading company,wholesalers and retailers,we listened carefully to the voice from our regular customers to help us to improve our service and communications,to improve the service level and customers experience.

Except that,we also make marketing survey for the industrial and public lighting market in the Europe market,we recongnized that innovative design,durability,excellent after sales service,guarantee,lower freight cost is the most critical factors that our customers care,meanwhile,innovation,intelligence is the trend for future industrial LED lighting,0-10V,DALI dimming is more and more popular in the market.

Beside that,in order to responds our customers quickly for the delivery time and after sales service,we built our own KD LIGHTING branch office and 3,000 square meters warehouse in Tilburg,Netherlands,which main provide service and sample test for Netherlands,Belgium, Luxembourg market,of course,customers from other countries in Europe can also enjoy such fast and high-touch service.
